EV molecules contribute to the growth and regeneration of epithelial and endothelial tissue. Protein connections were derived from data analysis in IPA (Qiagen). Both hiPSC-EVs and diPSC-EVs are enriched in factors that drive the processes of alveolarization and angiogenesis. The intensity of the red color inside each protein box is directly proportional to the abundance of this protein in EVs. For example, haptoglobin (HP) is highly expressed in both hiPSC-EVs and diPSC-EVs, more so than other molecules
