(b) Quantification of GFP knock-down by FACS analysis demonstrates that siRNA to vector DNA ratios of 3:1,1.5:1 and 0.75:1 result in GFP reductions of 71.75%, 31.7% and 18.0% (P < 0.01, 0.01 and 0.05, respectively).
