Immunofluorescent analysis of stratifin and involucrin 21 days after the application of different keratinocyte-conditioned media. (A) Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) were co-immunostained with stratifin and involucrin in two conditions. DAPI (4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) was used as a counterstain. Keratinocytes at passages 2 to 5 and BMSCs at passages 4 to 7 were used as positive and negative controls, respectively. Scale bar: 50 μm.
