Western blot analysis of the expressions of human osteoprotegerin (hOPG) in transfection and non-transfection groups. Results show that hOPG-EGFP fusion gene was co-expressed, suggesting that hOPG protein was successfully expressed in periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs). hOPG-PDLCs: PDLSCs transfected with pLENTi6.3/V5-hOPG-IRES-EGFP plasmid; PDLCs: control sample group: non-transfected PDLSCs. eGFP, enhanced green fluorescent protein.
