Figure 3

Effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on Gr-1 + CD11b + cells in tumor-bearing mice ( n  = 5). Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) were injected through the tail vein in the B16-F10 pulmonary metastatic or H22 intraperitoneal hepatoma model and Gr-1+CD11b+ myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in peripheral blood and bone marrow were detected either during BMSC treatment or at the end of treatment. (A) Percentage of MDSCs in peripheral blood of C57 mice. (B) Percentage of MDSCs in peripheral blood of BALb/c mice. (C) Percentage of MDSCs in bone marrow of C57 mice. (D) Percentage of MDSCs in bone marrow of BALb/c mice. # P < 0.05; § P < 0.01 compared with the control (CT) group.
