Immunohistochemical analysis of the inflamed colon in umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UCMSCs)-treated mice compared with control mice. Human nuclei of UCMSCs were observed in the lamina propria of colon of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-treated mice (red arrows), whereas no such human nuclei were observed in the control mice.
