Assessment of adipogenic induction. Both types of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were treated with induction medium for 21 days, and differentiation potential was assessed with quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. a Adipogenic differentiation of human fallopian tube MSCs (hFTMSCs) and human fallopian tube mucosa MSCs (hFMMSCs) was stained by Oil Red O (×400). b Gene expression profile of induced MSCs.
