Improved functional outcome after ADMSC administration in subcortical stroke. Beam walking test performance (left) was improved at 3 (p < 0.01), 14 and 28 days (p < 0.05). Rotarod test (middle) showed significant differences between the ADMSC group and control animals at 1 (p < 0.01) and 28 days (p < 0.05). The ADMSC group also showed significantly better scores compared to controls at 7 and 28 days (p < 0.05) on the Roger’s test (right).
