Western blot analysis of myogenin and desmin expression in whole cell lysates of differentiated hDPSCs and hAFSCs with (hDPSCs Aza + cm, hAFSCs Aza + cm) and without the addition of C2C12 CM (hDPSCs Aza, hAFSCs Aza). Whole cell lysates were collected from three plates for each experimental group. Actin bands demonstrate that an equal amount of protein was loaded in each lane.
