Evaluation of growth and metabolic activity of human and marmoset amnion and bone marrow-derived MSCs by the MTT test. Amnion-derived cells from both species have significantly higher proliferation potential (p = 0.0133) in long-term culture, whereas human bone marrow MSCs could not be expanded after day 60.
