From: Lin28A induces energetic switching to glycolytic metabolism in human embryonic kidney cells
Lin28A over-expression has specific effects on mitochondrial complexes III and IV. Densitometric analysis of Western blot data (a) revealed no difference in complex I (b), II (c) or Complex V (f) but mitochondrial complex III significantly increased in Lin28A cells (d). A significant reduction in complex IV protein expression was also observed (e). Student’s unpaired t-tests were used to compare between experimental groups. Data are represented as mean ± SEM, n = 4
