CD31 expression in ETV2 transduced fibroblasts. ETV2 transduction under the hypoxia condition (pt) significantly increased CD31+ cells compared with normoxia (ae), but significantly decreased if the medium was supplemented with anti-VEGF monoclonal antibodies (ko).
