Multilineage differentiation of hBM-MSCs. Representative light microscopic photographs of control and differentiated hBM-MSCs. Adipogenic differentiation was confirmed by Sudan III staining, osteogenic differentiation by von Kossa staining, and chondrogenic differentiation by Safranin O staining.
