Biological characteristics of DPSCs-IPs in Patient No. 1. a CCK-8 assay was utilized to detect the viability of DPSCs-IPs. At days 1–2, DPSCs-IPs stayed in the lag phase, but they showed an elevated proliferation from days 3 to 6. b DPSCs-IPs were cultured with osteogenic differentiation medium for 21 days.
