UCX® stimulate endothelial cell migration. Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were seeded to confluence in endothelial basal medium (EBM) supplemented with 5 % FBS and cultured for 16 hours after wounding. Immediately after wound, HUVECs were co-cultured with UCX® or not (control) for 9 hours. (a) Representative images are shown. The left and right panels concern HUVEC monolayer immediately after or 9 hours post-wounding, respectively.
