Immunophenotyping of rabbit amniotic cells at passage 4 analysed by flow cytometry. Significant levels of expression for cytoskeletal markers (vimentin, cytokeratin, and β-tubulin) and mesenchymal cell markers (CD105 and Stro-1) and insignificant CD73 expression. Low levels of expression for markers of haematopoietic stem cell precursors and haematopoietic cells (CD117 and CD45, respectively).
