G-CSF neutralisation of MSC-CM induces raised IL-6 and TNF-α levels in BV2 cells. Addition of MSC-CM depleted of G-CSF induced higher secretion of IL-6 (a) and TNF-α (b) from LPS-stimulated BV2 cells (p < 0.001 for IL-6; p < 0.0001 and p < 0.01 vs non-neutralised CM, for TNF-α when CM was from unprimed or primed MSCs, respectively).
