DMM mice injected with PBS showed increased osteocalcin expression but not those injected with HGP-CK2.1. DMM mice injected with PBS or HGP-CK2.1 (6 μM) or HGP and sham-operated mice were immunostained for osteocalcin (green), and Hoechst (blue) was used to determine the nucleus of the residing cell and location.
