Osteogenic differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells. Representative images of commercial and non-commercial bone marrow (BM)-, adipose tissue (AT)- and umbilical cord (UC)-derived human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) expanded in Reference Medium, and xeno-free medium with and without the growth factors from platelet lysate (PL-Medium, XF-Medium). hMSCs were cultured for 21 days in osteogenic differentiation medium or the medium of expansion.
