Expression of NLRP3 in renal tubular epithelial cells (RTECs) was upregulated after coculture with mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), during which miR-223 was inhibited. All RTECs were treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation (HR) stimulation. The MSCs had been transfected in advance with a miR-223 inhibitor (miR-223 in).
