Expression of pluripotency-associated genes in synovium, marrow, and adipose cMSCs. Passage 2 cMSCs were qualitatively evaluated for the pluripotency-associated genes NANOG, OCT4, and SOX2 using RT-PCR. All 15 cMSC cell preparations were positive when assessed using RT-PCR.
