Effect of ADRCs on wound and early scar inflammation. Quantification of IL-6 and TNF-α protein levels in LR- and ADRC-treated wounds at 2 weeks (n = 3 animals) and 2 months (n = 6 animals) post-injury. Proteins were extracted and wound lysates were assayed for IL-6 and TNF-α using a porcine-specific enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) kit.
