Western blot analysis of TNF-α, Caspase 3, and Bcl-2 expression in iPS-Mφ and THP-1-Mφ treated with BCG (BCG) for 24 h, untreated iPS-Mφ and THP-1-Mφ were used as controls (Con; upper panel). TNF-α, Caspase 3, and Bcl-2 were analyzed in whole-cell protein extracts. Actin was used as the loading control. All expression values were normalized against actin as the endogenous control.
