Human mobilized CD34+ bone marrow stem cells express mRNAs of embryonic stem cell genes and embryonic germ layer lineage genes. Quantitative PCR analysis of mRNA expression by the human mobilized CD34+ stem cells revealed expression of hematopoietic stem cell genes (red bars), ESC genes (green bars), neural stem cell genes (gray bar), neuronal genes (brown bars), oligodendrocyte genes (blue bars), pancreatic genes (yellow bars), and intestinal genes (pink bar). The results shown are from one of two experiments with each sample run in triplicate
