The blockade of Eph/Ephrin signaling with soluble fusion proteins does not alter BM-MSC morphology. All cell cultures treated with soluble Eph/Ephrin-Fc fusion proteins exhibit the typical elongated cell morphology of MSC without remarkable differences between treated and control, nontreated cultures.
