P-PRP induces less inflammatory responses than L-PRP. P-PRP and L-PRP both decreased the inflammatory gene expression of IL-1β and TNF-α (a-d). The inflammatory gene expression was significantly lower in P-PRP group. Moreover, the level of inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, TNF-α) in the cell supernatants was consistent with the above gene expression data (e-f).
