Isolation and characterization of WT1pos pADSC. The Wilms’ tumor factor 1 (WT1)-positive cells in culture formed colony-like structure (asterisk in a) and subsequently generated phase-bright cells (PBC) that homogenously express WT1 (WT1pos) and partially express cardiac troponin T (cTnT) (b). Flow cytometry showed that, although the WT1pos cells shared the canonical surface markers of pADSC as defined in our previous report [12], an increased proportion of cTnT-positive cells was detected (c).
