Adhesive-removal test. Results of the adhesive-removal test before middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and 1, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after MCAO. At 21 days after MCAO, the combination group showed significant improvement compared with the control and minocycline groups. The human bone marrow–derived mesenchymal stem cell (hBM-MSC) group showed significant improvement compared with the control group. After 28 days, the minocycline group also showed significant improvement compared with the control group. *P <0.05
