Effects of CXCR3 antagonist in CXCR3-mediated MSC transendothelial migration induced by IL-1β. a MSCs were pretreated or non-pretreated AMG-487and stimulated with or without IL-1β for 30 min. After pre-activation, MSCs were plated on activated or non-activated HUVEC monolayer in the upper chamber and incubated in the presence or absence of 50 ng/ml CXCL9 in the lower chamber for 16 h.
