Functional screen of stem cell signaling small molecule library for their effects on osteoblast differentiation of human bone marrow stromal stem cells (hBMSCs). hBMSCs were induced into osteoblasts for 10 days in the presence of the indicated small molecule inhibitors (3.0 μM) or DMSO vehicle control.
