The prepared TSCM cells are able to reconstitute T cell subsets in vivo. The mice were euthanized on day 35. a Human CD3 + CD8+ T cells were detected by FCM in peripheral blood, spleen, and bone marrow, respectively. The TSCM-treated mice (E007-TSCM and E001-TSCM) showed more human CD3 + CD8+ T cells. b The distribution of human CD3 + CD8+ T cells subsets (TSCM,TCM, TEM,TEF) was detected by FCM in peripheral blood, spleen, and bone marrow, respectively.
