The TSCM cells are able to eradicate allo-antigen-specific targets in vivo. The spleen and bone marrow were detected for the residual LCL cells by intracellular LMP1 staining using FCM. ac Representative FCM plots (a) and the absolute number of LCLs in bone marrow of two femurs (b) and in 100 mg spleen tissue (c) were analyzed. d Spleen sections were observed for LCLs and human T cells by immunofluorescence.
