Knockdown of miR-184 decreased the percentage of OLIG2+ and NKX2.2+ cells significantly compared to the control. Interestingly, no MBP+ cells were observed in the antimiR group. Data obtained from at least three independent experiments. In each ICC experiment, 100 cells were counted and the number of marker-positive cells was reported as a percentage.
