Snhg3 is enriched in mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs). a qRT-PCR analysis of Snhg3 expression in mESCs and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs). To induce differentiation, mESCs were cultured without LIF (b), with 5 μM retinoic acid (RA) (c), or as embryoid bodies (EBs) (d) for the indicated amounts of time. Cells or EBs were collected for qRT-PCR to detect Snhg3 expression. Nanog was used as a positive control.
