Relative expression of pluripotency genes in established iPSC lines. Relative arbitrary expression values are normalized to the negative control sample and indicated as fold change. Endogenous OCT4 and SOX2 expressions were analyzed differentially to demarcate any expression originating from the transgenes. The cumulative expressions were given for all the other genes. The expressions of pluripotency genes were detectable in all of the tested lines for all time-points, with no significant variations between the lines (n = 47 iPSC lines, three lines from each sample at different time points; P5-P20)
