The JAK-STAT signalling pathway is involved in the inhibition of spermatogonial stem cell regeneration induced by high temperature. a The expression of the negative feedback inhibitor Socs3 in the JAK-STAT signalling pathway was upregulated 2 h after heat shock treatment, while the phosphorylation of STAT3 was reduced.
