Antioxidants promote ADSC cell proliferation during long-term in vitro expansion. The CCK-8 assay was applied to study the proliferation of ADSCs at passage 3 (P3), passage 6 (P6), and passage 9 after 10 μM GSH or melatonin treatment, or the combination of GSH and melatonin treatment, when the cells were cultured for 24, 48, and 96 h, respectively (n = 5 per group; *p < 0.05).
