Validation of the effect of BM-MSC on RPTEC-TERT1 expression of inflammation-related transcripts. Results are expressed as mean ± SD for n = 3 samples per condition of the fold difference for MSC vs. control as determined relative to the housekeeping gene RPLP0 using the 2–∆∆Ct method.
