MVs derived from AZA/RES-treated ASC decrease apoptosis in ASCEMS. TUNEL staining revealed that MV treatment decreased the number of dead cells in ASCEMS (A). qPCR results revealed that the expression of pro-apoptotic genes BAX (b) and p53 (c) was decreased in ASCEMS cultured in the presence of MVs.
