The effects of TX or CQ co-treatments on the reduction of CD25 T cell activation marker. MIAMI cells were co-cultured with activated CD4+ T cells and treated with 5 μM TX or 10 μM CQ for 3 days to evaluate their effect on the expression of the activation marker CD25 on CD4+ T cells.
