KLF3-AS1 in exosomes secreted by human mesenchymal stem cells can inhibit pyroptosis of hypoxia cardiomyocytes. Note: The secreted exosomes were incubated with hypoxia cardiomyocytes and qRT-PCR was applied to measure expression of KLF3-AS1 in cardiomyocytes (a). mRNA and protein expressions of NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1/cleaved-caspase-1 and GSDMD/cleaved-GSDMD in hypoxia cardiomyocytes were determined by qRT-PCR (b) and Western blot (c). Concentration of IL-1β and IL-18 in culture medium of hypoxia cardiomyocytes was measured by ELISA (d). Cell apoptosis rate of cardiomyocytes was detected by TUNEL staining (× 200) (e).
