Restored resorptive function in osteoclasts generated from patient-derived IMO iPSCs after TCIRG1 gene transfer. Non-adherent cells were harvested weekly from week 5 onward and differentiated into osteoclasts on plastic or bone slices for 13 days in the presence of M-CSF and RANKL.
