ECFC proliferation ability and tube formation. ECFCs treated with or without L-NIO were compared. The cellular viability and proliferation of ECFCs were judged by the MTT assay. Compared with that of the normal ECFCs, the viability of the ECFCs that received L-NIO treatment was significantly decreased (a). e-NOS protein expression was detected by Western blotting to investigate the effect of L-NIO on the expression of ECFCs.
