Generation of iHep cells using TALEN gene editing. a The protocol for the generation of iHep from iPS. Transfected iPS cells were selected after incubation with puromycin for 5 days, followed by differentiation into hepatocyte. b Schematic representation of the donor vector carrying the ALB promoter::GFP reporter system and DNA targeting locus of the recipient plasmid.
