Short LPS activation and TLR4 deletion impair the immunosuppressive capacity of MSCs in EAE mice. EAE mice were treated or not with MSCs WT, MSCs-TLR4KO, or MSCs pretreated with LPS for 1 h or 48 h. T lymphocytes derived from lymph nodes of EAE mice were analyzed by FACS at euthanasia.
