UBA2 mediation during recovery induced by exosomes. Scramble and siRNA (2 nM) targeting UBA2 were transfected into R28 cells. After incubation, UBA2 knockdown cells were exposed to CoCl2 (200 μM). After incubation for 9 h, the cells were treated with exosomes. Then, Western blot analyses were performed. The relative expression of target proteins was normalized with that in normal R28 cells. The results are expressed as mean ± standard error of mean (SEM). Statistical significance was determined using a nonparametric statistical test, followed by the Mann-Whitney U test (#p < 0.05, ##p < 0.005 vs. control with scramble; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.005, ***p < 0.0001). All experiments were performed in triplicate
