From: Adipose-derived stromal cells modulating composite allotransplant survival is correlated with B cell regulation in a rodent hind-limb allotransplantation model

Fig. 4

Circulating CD45Ra+/Foxp3+ regulatory B cells and circulating IgM/IgG levels in orthotopic hind-limb allotransplants. Flow cytometric analysis revealed a significant increase in CD45Ra+/Foxp3+ regulatory B cells in the ASC/ALS/CsA group at 2 weeks after transplantation compared with that in the controls (a). The procedure was repeated at least three times. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis of recipient peripheral blood serum at 2 and 4 weeks post-transplantation revealed that the concentrations of IgM (b) and IgG (c) have a trend of decrease in ASC/ALS/CsA at 2 weeks post-transplantation compared to those in the control group. ASC, adipose-derived stromal cell; ALS, anti-lymphocyte serum; CsA, cyclosporine A. *P < 0.05
