Expression of markers involved in ovarian function after PD-MSC transplantation. a The mRNA levels and b the protein levels of Nanos3, Nobox, and LHX8 in ovary tissue isolated from ovariectomized rats at 1, 2, 3, and 5 weeks after PD-MSC transplantation were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot (n = 5 per group), respectively. GAPDH was used as a loading control (mean ± SE). Significance at p < 0.05 is indicated by an asterisk (*) for NTx vs. others and a number sign (#) for DTx vs. TTx. All experiments were performed in triplicate
