Inhibition of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) signaling and transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ) signaling was involved in 3D culture. a Western blot showing phosphorylated FAK (pFAK) levels in cells induced under 2D culture, 3D culture, and 2D culture treated with PF-228.
