Velocity flow patterns within the 0.1-L vertical-wheel bioreactor generated through computational fluid dynamics modeling. ANSYS CFD-Post software was used to generate the velocity streamlines with results taken at the final simulation time step (5 s of flow time). The velocity color scale was set to a minimum of 0 m/s (blue) and maximum of 0.15 m/s (red)
